Our minimum stay is typically four months in this property however we do sometimes have shorter stays available.  Please do reach out if you have interest in a particular property for a shorter time period. This property accommodates short term, seasonal and temporary stays. 

Erindale is located in Ottawa Centra/West (Baseline & Erindale). From this location you have easy walking and driving access to amenties (groceries, banking, shopping, restaurants, etc). This property houses 4 young professionals, is pet and smoke free. The ideal age range for the property is 23 - 35 and the property is co-ed.

Each guest room is single occupancy only.
Minimum of 4 month rental is required for a temporary or seasonal rental
Parking is available.
Monthly rent = per guest room - is $805 CAD
