This location is considered a Walker and Biker's paradise due to it's proximity to stores, shops, restaurants, art galleries, live theatre, beaches and walking and bicycling paths. It is perfect for a short vacation rental, seasonal stay or temporary accommodation.
Parkdale 2 is a totally renovated, modern living space. It has a complete kitchen with standard size appliances including a dishwasher. The living and dining space are combined with a bistro style table, window seat, and a small loveseat. A large flat screen television on an articulated arm swivels to be watched either from the kitchen and sitting area or from the bedroom. A built in washer and dryer and walk-in closet also complete the amenities. Parkdale 2 is located here.
